Last week we shipped solution storytelling, delivery dashboards, and IDE-native planning. This week, we turned our attention to the rituals and signals that make teams actually improve — ceremony orchestration, engineering metrics, readiness intelligence, and organization-wide prioritization.

🎪 Ceremony Management — New Domain

PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospectives now have a dedicated orchestration layer. Define ceremony templates with 13+ phase types — Business Context, Product Vision, Goal Setting, Backlog Selection, Confidence Vote, Retrospective — and instantiate events tied to your programs and increments.

Each phase tracks its own status (Pending → Active → Completed → Skipped), supports a dedicated meeting URL for breakout rooms, and includes milestone checkpoints (Stories Identified, Stories Pointed, Risks Catalogued, Objectives Finalized). Retrospective items support dot voting so the team converges on what matters. Everything syncs in real time via — no refresh needed.

📈 Flow & DORA Metrics — New Dashboard Widgets You can’t improve what you can’t see. Eleven new dashboard widgets cover both Flow metrics (velocity, cycle time, efficiency, WIP, work distribution, bottlenecks) and DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, mean time to recovery). Widgets share a configurable filter context and render trend charts. Drop them onto any persona dashboard and watch the numbers move sprint over sprint.

🎯 Organization Priorities — New Section Every organization has a single backlog — but most tools make it invisible. The new Priorities view surfaces your entire scored backlog in one place with total, scored, and unscored counts. Sort by relative or objective WSJF. Filter by type, team, or value stream. Batch-score selected items or score everything in the filtered view with one click. Compact display mode lets you see 3× more items on screen during scoring sessions.

✂️ Work Item Split Detection & Readiness Reviews Oversized work items are the silent killer of sprint predictability. A new readiness layer runs deterministic checks — acceptance criteria count, child count, dependency count, story points, description length — and flags items that should be split. AI then suggests 2–5 decomposition options with acceptance criteria and child reassignment. Combined with the new readiness review table (persisted to WorkItemReadinessReviews), teams get a repeatable quality gate before anything enters a sprint.Work Item Readiness

🔄 Objective Check-In History OKRs without regular check-ins are just wishes. A new check-in timeline tracks status (On Track, At Risk, Off Track, Completed, Deferred), confidence percentage, and immutable metric snapshots at each checkpoint. Delta calculations show movement between check-ins so leadership can spot drift early — not at the end of the quarter.

🏢 Public Showcase & Organization Branding Storyboards can now be shared outside your organization. Generate expiring share tokens for secure access, or publish to a branded showcase gallery at /showcase/:orgSlug. Upload your organization logo (PNG, JPEG, SVG, WebP) in Settings — it appears on every published showcase page. For teams using storyboards as a sales or stakeholder alignment tool, this is the public-facing layer that was missing.

📊 Stakeholder Pain Points & Journey Mapping Stakeholder pain points can now be linked directly to work items with typed relationships (Addresses or Worsens). Journey mapping within storyboards uses a ReactFlow swimlane canvas organized by persona and stage (Awareness → Consideration → Onboarding → Usage → Support → Renewal → Advocacy) with sentiment color coding. Connect the emotional journey to the backlog — and prove that the work you’re prioritizing actually reduces friction.
